Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined in your service agreement.

This ensures consistency and allows your cleaner to become familiar with your preferences. In the rare case of scheduling conflicts, we’ll notify you in advance and ensure a trained team member steps in.

Yes, we are flexible and can clean whether or not the owner is present. Some clients prefer to be home during the service, while others provide access and enjoy returning to a freshly cleaned space. It’s entirely up to your comfort level. We ensure professionalism and discretion at all times.
